COURSE OVERVIEW

Elevate your career in early childhood education and care with AWT’s CHC50121 Diploma, delivered through our blended study mode. This nationally recognised qualification is designed to cultivate advanced teaching skills in educators working within regulated Australian children’s services. You’ll gain expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum that aligns with approved learning frameworks, employing evidence-based practices to optimise child development.

Beyond curriculum, you’ll develop crucial competencies in service compliance, team leadership, and the application of child development theories across diverse educational settings. This program empowers you to take on leadership roles, potentially supervising teams and shaping best practices within long day care centres, family day care, preschools, and kindergartens. Our curriculum is rigorously aligned with the Education and Care Services National Law (2011) and the standards set by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA), ensuring you graduate with industry-relevant expertise.
